Sunset Yoga & New Moon Journaling!

Happy New Moon!

Join us for a special evening to honor November’s New Moon on Saturday, Nov. 2nd at the Sunset Garden in Reef Clubhouse from 5-6 pm.

Together, we’ll flow through a gentle yoga flow to release tension, breathe deeply, and meditate mindfully. Then, we’ll take time to journal our big dreams using five inspiring themes, all while sipping tea and connecting with nature.  Join me to celebrate this new beginning!
