Our Mommy & Me Aerial Yoga sessions are designed for children ages 6–9 and their moms (or a parent/caregiver) to connect through playful aerial poses, gentle stretching, partner activities, and a final relaxation.

This fun-filled experience helps build strength, balance, confidence, flexibility, and trust while encouraging quality bonding time in a FUN environment. No prior aerial or yoga experience is needed—just come ready to have fun!

-In case of no-show, the sessions are neither refunded nor rescheduled.
