Happy Full Moon!

Join me on Saturday, Nov. 16 from 7-8 PM for a serene Full Moon Yin Yoga Flow 🌕 happening, and for the 1st time on the Rooftop Terrace of the Reef Clubhouse with breathtaking views of the Lagoon.

Together, we will breathe, meditate mindfully and nurture our connective tissues through gentle yin poses to experience stress relief, better sleep, relaxed body & calm mind all while being surrounded with a beautiful ambiance of candles. Don’t miss this magical evening under the open sky and full moon!
