Flow & Feel Beach Yoga (Ladies)

In honor of Labor Day & International Sun Day, this session is an invitation for ladies craving to slow down, practice by the sea at sunset time, breathe deeper & move with ease. This is a perfect session if you need to release all tensions, move without pressure & simply feel good again!

No experience needed; just bring your yoga mat, wear comfy clothes & carry your smile 🙂
