Full Moon Yin Yoga & Live ‘Oud’ Music

In honor of National Yoga Month and September’s Full Moon, join me for a gentle yin yoga sequence accompanied by the ‘King of Instruments- the Oud’ for healing vibrations.  Together, we will meditate, breathe, set an intention, move mindfully, repeat positive affirmations and relax.  After the event, you will float into your evening feeling calm, grounded and peaceful.

Entry ticket is 13BD per person. If you bring along a family member or friend, then you’ll get a special discount and each one will pay 10BD only.
