It’s Back…Spa Yoga (Ladies Only)!

Upon request, Spa Yoga is back in April 2025!

The Spa Yoga sessions are a perfect combo of gentle yoga, aromatherapy, mindfulness & relaxation designed to help you slow down and happening at the luxurious & tranquil Palavra Resort.

Each Monday in April, we will focus on a different yoga theme to help you nurture your body, mind & heart. To align mindful movement, breath work and aromatherapy, each yoga session will be infused with yoga poses, breathing exercises & essential oils that perfectly match the theme to elevate your experience. We will meet on Mon, March 7, 14, 21 & 28.
