Kids’ Yoga FUN Flow!

Happy International Kids’ Yoga Day 2025!

Sign up your child (6-8 years old) for a playful and fun yoga session that combines breathing, animal yoga poses, focus exercises, meditation and relaxation.

All you need to bring along is a yoga mat or a beach towel, dress in gym clothes and pack a water bottle.

I will see you on the mat!
